We use your information to provide our services: scheduling and confirming appointments, dispatching a technician to your location, preparing estimates, invoicing, responding to your questions, and following up after a completed job, including asking how we did and inviting you to leave a review. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to serving you as a customer.
Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile number when booking service, you agree that Whicker's Mobile Automotive may send you text messages about your service: appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, estimates, and a review request after the work is complete. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a messaging platform solely to deliver our own messages to you; it may not use your number for any other purpose. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. How We Share Information
