SMS Text Messaging Program

Program name: Whicker's Mobile Automotive Customer Messages.

Program description: Whicker's Mobile Automotive sends text messages to its own customers who provided their mobile number when booking service. Messages include appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, estimates, and a review request after the work is complete.

Message frequency: varies with your service activity. Typically a few messages around each appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to every message sent or received.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.

Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes and will always be agreed with you before additional work is performed. Appointment windows are good-faith estimates and can shift with traffic, parts availability, and prior jobs running long.
