These terms govern your use of the Whicker's Mobile Automotive website and our communications with you, including our text messaging program. By booking service or using this website, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to info@whickersmobileautomotive.com or (843) 928-2819.

SMS Text Messaging Program

Program name: Whicker's Mobile Automotive Customer Messages.

Program description: Whicker's Mobile Automotive sends text messages to its own customers who provided their mobile number when booking service. Messages include appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, estimates, and a review request after the work is complete.

Message frequency: varies with your service activity. Typically a few messages around each appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to every message sent or received.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

QuickBooks Online Connection and Accounting Assistant

The QuickBooks Online connection is for authorized Whicker representatives managing Whicker's own accounting information. It may not be used to access another business or person's account. Intuit controls the authorization screen and the QuickBooks service.

Eryn, Whicker's accounting assistant, may read authorized data, answer internal accounting questions, and suggest expense categorization. Those suggestions are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. An authorized user remains responsible for reviewing accounting decisions and records. Eryn records and categorizes QuickBooks entries only on instructions from an authorized Whicker user, and authorized users review those entries.

The connection depends on third-party services, including Intuit, hosting providers, Telegram when the accounting chat is used, and AI service providers that process an authorized request. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices also apply to their services.

An authorized Whicker representative may disconnect the app from the connection page or revoke it through Intuit. Disconnect requests ask Intuit to revoke access and remove the local encrypted token after successful revocation. If that upstream request temporarily fails, local use is blocked while an administrator retries revocation.

Estimates and Services

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared, including the vehicle details you provide. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes and will always be agreed with you before additional work is performed. Appointment windows are good-faith estimates and can shift with traffic, parts availability, and prior jobs running long.

Cancellations

There is a $50 cancellation fee if a booked appointment is canceled. You agree to this fee when you book, whether by phone, on this website, or through our online scheduler. If you need to move an appointment instead, call or text (843) 928-2819 and we will find another time.

Website Use

The content on this website, including text, photos, and branding, belongs to Whicker's Mobile Automotive and may not be reused without permission. The website is provided as-is, and while we keep the information current, we do not guarantee it is free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whicker's Mobile Automotive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our messaging program. Nothing in these terms limits the warranty we provide on our repair work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.
